Great location and friendly staff

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Memphis, being just a short walk from Beale Street. The staff were incredibly nice and quick to help whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness and maintenance could be greatly improved, as we noticed issues that detracted from our overall experience.

I loved the location. Just a short walk to Beale Street made it super convenient for nightlife. The room had a great layout, with a very spacious bathroom. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I noticed some dust and hair in corners. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about local attractions. However, the valet service was a bit chaotic. It took a long time to get my car and they lost my keys, which caused quite a delay. The restaurant attached to the hotel served decent food, but the breakfast options were somewhat limited and not included with the stay, which was disappointing. The lobby looked nice and inviting, but I wish the same could be said about the rooms. The decor felt outdated. I enjoyed the warm cookie on check-in, but I think they should pay more attention to room maintenance to bring the hotel up to the Hilton standard.

The only downside was the $32 valet parking felt a bit steep, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill stay! 😊

We loved visiting AutoZone Park during our stay, catching an exciting Memphis Redbirds game. Plus, the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
